Pricing questions

What does one credit get me?

One verified work email for a contact you find in the lead search. The contact goes straight into one of your lists.

When do credits expire?

60 days after they are added to your account. Each month's credits get their own 60 days.

How are mailboxes and domains billed?

Mailboxes monthly and domains once a year, on the same card as your plan. Cancel a domain and its mailboxes and billing stop the same day.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from Settings. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
